The game is under continued evaluation, personally I like it a lot.

After that it will need a developer as card driven games are quite challenging to try and understand and develop all the elements.

I suspect it might see publication in late '06, more likely something like '07 or even '08. The challenge with card driven games are not so much the design, it lies with development issues which can be difficult to identify - directly related to the card play.
